About

In his capacity as a personal coach, Clay collaborates with clients, across the gender spectrum, to pinpoint their aspirations, surmount challenges, and forge pathways toward personal and professional triumph. He leverages his multifaceted background as a former corporate executive and Marine Corps officer, alongside his proficiency in men’s groups and the compassionate male movement, and in the realm of gender reconciliation and healing along the gender spectrum. All aimed towards offering mentorship and encouragement to those committed to refining their lives and effecting positive global change.

The authorship of “Circles of Men: A Counter-Intuitive Approach to Creating Men’s Groups” and the inception of the podcast “In Search of the New Compassionate Male” underscore Clay’s creative contributions. He also serves as the founder behind the Men’s Fellowship Network/Circles of Men Project, an initiative that orchestrates intimate gatherings of men worldwide to convene regularly and delve into personal growth while elevating awareness of compassion in the male context.

Central to Boykin’s philosophy is the emphasis on nurturing compassion and empathy among men, both directed outwardly and inwardly. He envisions that by embracing these attributes, men can evolve into more adept leaders, partners, and contributors within their communities, thereby fostering a fairer and more egalitarian society.

Your trail may be in front of you, but you cannot see it, or you may have never been on your intended path. At some point in life most of us feel stuck, lost or lacking direction. I have certainly been there not knowing where “there” is. I will share tools I have developed or picked up along my journey and walk beside you and guide you as you discover your path.

Let’s journey together

Hi, I’m Clay Boykin. I will work along side of you as we take a counterintuitive, uplifting and practical approach to life skills coaching. I guide you through a unique discovery process that results in a new frame of reference that quickly enables you to find and choose your direction, and choose what actions to take. One of my goals is to help you learn how to apply my methodology as you move forward in life.

In addition to life skills coaching and being an author, Clay Boykin has dedicated his next twenty years to making the world a better place by cultivating compassion consciousness among men. Clay is Founder of the Circles of Men Project and hosts both men and women on his podcast: In Search of the New Compassionate Male. Clay’s intent is to help make the world a better place by raising compassion consciousness among men.

Clay is a former United States Marine Corps officer and after 38 years in the corporate world a mystical experience sent Clay on a journey through his own dark night of the soul, emerging several years later understanding what his heart had been whispering to him most of his life.

Since his book: Circles of Men: A counter-intuitive Approach to Creating Men’s Groups, came out in 2018, Clay has been on a quest to

connect with men and women all over the world in the belief that a New Compassionate Male is emerging as the New Archetype. His travels have taken him across the North America and into Africa.

Clay is passionate about servant leadership and founded the Men’s Fellowship Network: Circles of Men Project in 2012. He has facilitated hundreds of weekly circles and helped thousands of men in the world find their center and grow along their life journey.

As well, Clay collaborates with Charter for Compassion and Gender Equity and Reconciliation International in the area of deep healing between women and men.

Clays big heart and warm humor were present right from the beginning, which made it easy for me to trust him. He listens deeply and captures the content as well as the information between the lines. In the right moments he shows his persistence – a persistence, which is rooted in compassion. His ability to use his Heart & Mind-Map process in real time is legendary.
